Aerial Hoop/Lyra

Lyra is for the baddies - with a focus on flexibility, dynamic movement, pain tolerance, and flow. You need to be able to do an inversion without assistance to schedule a lyra lesson.

Learn to share weight and space with a partner on the ground or in the air from the wellspring of contact improv. Partners must be able to invert without assistance to schedule doubles lessons.

AERIAL FABRIC/SILKS

IF YOU’re new to aerial, fabric is a great place to start. if you’re working on other skill sets, it makes great cross training. Silks builds strength quickly and there are many tricks to learn at every level.

levity: lets swing around with beats, twists, and flips. Build endurance, confidence, and RHYTHM with trapeze.

Flex/contortion

Whether you actually train contortion, or just use it as a warmup for other skills, the elements of this lesson will give you materials to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance.

Conditioning is the best. You don’t have to look good or even do a good job, it still counts. using a combination of ground work and aerial, this lesson is great for folks who want to level up strength, stability, and balance.
